Jobs keep running. Minutes past the allowance are $0.003 each, billed monthly in arrears — half of GitHub's published standard rate — so a busy month does not become an expensive one. If it keeps happening, the next plan up includes more.

Against the GitHub-hosted runner minutes you actually pay for, at the usage each plan is sized for: yes. Every included minute is priced between roughly a third and a half of GitHub’s published standard rate (35–44%), and overage at half of it. Three honest limits. If your team runs inside GitHub’s free allowance, GitHub charges you nothing for minutes and no subscription can beat that — the calculator will say so rather than pretend otherwise. And if you use only a fraction of a plan’s allowance, you are paying for room you have not used, so compare your own number rather than ours. And in a public repository GitHub charges nothing for standard runners, while Apex draws from your allowance.

No, and we do not count it as a saving anywhere on this site. Your repositories, pull requests and permissions stay on GitHub; Apex installs as a GitHub App and runs the jobs. You keep every GitHub seat you have today. What changes is the runner minutes line — and that Apex itself never charges per person.

10 days on the plan you pick, with 3,000 standard minutes and that plan’s concurrency, no card. The trial ends at 10 days or 3,000 minutes, whichever comes first. When it ends, runs stop and each push records a verdict saying so; the App stays installed, so choosing a plan is one click and nothing is configured again.

No. Every plan has unlimited people. The plan is sized by minutes and concurrency, not head-count.

Your extra jobs wait in the queue and start as soon as one of yours finishes — nothing is rejected, cancelled or lost, and the run does not fail. The limit is the number of jobs running at once, not the number you may push.

Plans are billed monthly. Starter and Team are paid by card. Business is paid by card or, if you prefer, by invoice with 30-day terms: an admin switches it in Settings, during the trial too (the first invoice then comes when the trial ends), and can switch back to card once a card is saved. Enterprise is by agreement.

The same product as the self-serve plans, bought through your procurement: a signed agreement, invoicing, security questionnaires answered and a named contact. It does not add machines, capacity, retention or regions — every plan runs in one AWS region, us-east-1, on a shared fleet, with 90-day retention. Enterprise starts at $1,500 a month on an annual agreement, with your procurement process.

An admin of the organisation cancels in Settings, under Manage or cancel subscription. The plan runs to the end of the period already paid and is not renewed. Uninstalling the App stops Apex running your workflows and cancels the subscription at the end of the period already paid; reinstall it on the same account before then to keep your plan. An uninstalled account’s data is deleted within 30 days unless the App is reinstalled first. To leave for good, an admin closes the account in Settings, under Close an account: the plan runs to the end of the period already paid, the App is uninstalled, and the account’s data is kept 30 days and then deleted; installing the App again does not bring the plan back.
